The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on false and false perception in defamation by publicly alleging false facts, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, which found the Defendant guilty of the remainder of the facts charged except for the acquittal of the reasoning among the facts charged in the instant
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
