Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2019, the Defendant filed a false report with the purport that “I wish to threaten people who live next to it, and I wish to do so by iron.” On April 18, 2019, the Defendant filed a false report with the same content twice in total from around that time to December 23 of the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported a false crime to a public official.
