Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report any false crime or accident to a public official.

Nevertheless, at around 20:20 on April 13, 2018, the Defendant filed a false report with the public official, i.e., “A” at the main point of “C” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, where the main place of business did not administer the narcotics, but at 112 telephone calls, and “A person who handles narcotics” was reported by false means.
