Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Force】 On February 17, 2000, the Defendant was sentenced to juvenile protection cases from the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office as night intrusion larceny, and on June 11, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on June 11, 2003. On March 3, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny in military acid support from the Jeonju District Court on March 3, 2005. On October 11, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny in military acid support from the Jeonju District Public Prosecutor’s Office
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 29, 2013, between 02:00 and 05:00 on June 29, 2013 and 05:00, the Defendant: (a) habitually intruded on the inner bank through a berash window that did not correct the building; and (b) stolen the Defendant with 5,10,000,000 goods totaling of the market price of KRW 1,60,00,000, total market price of KRW 2,000,000, and two gold sheets amounting to KRW 1,60,000, market price of KRW 2,000,00.
From the date of habitual intrusion to July 20, 2015 between the Defendant and July 05:00, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property at a total of 72,292,00 won from the market price owned by the victims, as described in the attached Form (1) in 98 times in total. From September 9, 2013 to September 06, 2014, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property at least three times in total, as described in the attached Form (2) by means of the following method, from around 03:00 on September 9, 2013 to around 06:00 on September 20, 2014.
Accordingly, the Defendant habitually intruded another’s residence at night, stolen the victims’ property throughout 98 times in total, and attempted to steals the victims’ property over three times in total.
