Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is currently working as a social service personnel, and the defendant and victims have been living in the same living group of C Group D located in the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Seopo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

1. From March 7, 2016 to March 11, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim E by force on the right chest of the victim E (19 years old) who was expected to sit in the upper wall within the F Soviet G living group of the Military Training Center for the Military Training of the F Soviet D C C, which was based on the military service of the F Soviet D, by force on one hand.

2. Indecent acts by force against victims H;

A. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on March 15, 2016, following the victim I (20 taxes) who was sitting on the part of the daily life room set forth in paragraph (1) between around 19:0 to 20:00, in which the victim I (20 taxes) was seated on the part of the daily life room; and (b) the victim’s chest and her chest, her knife, and her knife were forced to commit an indecent act by force.
