A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic through good offices for sexual traffic;

A. On January 1, 2014, from around May 1, 2015 to around May 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided a shower room on the 4,5th floor of the window of Changwon-si; (b) provided employees E, F, etc.; and (c) provided a female employee with a shower room on the 2nd floor; (d) provided a female employee with a payment of 100,000 won from a male guest who found the place, and provided a payment of 60,000 won to a female employee of sexual traffic, and acquired the remainder under the pretext of introduction.

As above, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. From September 24, 2013 to March 2015, the Defendant leased four floors of H in the Chang-si, Chang-si, Masiwon-si, and made a report on the establishment of a massage practice center in the name of the master, I and J. The first floor, the first floor, the second floor, the school shower room in the third floor, the third floor, and the fourth floor, installed facilities capable of the massage practice in the fourth floor, and had female employees receive 100,000 to 150,000 won from a male guest who found the place, and paid 80,000 won to female employees of sexual traffic, and acquired the remainder as a non-induction.

As above, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Around March 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. through the Provision of a sexual traffic place (i.e., arranging sexual traffic) and leased an underground floor of the Masan-si L Base from K of the building site.

On July 2014, the Defendant continued to sublet the above building to M even though he knew that M had arranged sexual traffic in the above building from around that time to August 29, 2014 after receiving a request to sublet the above building.

As above, the Defendant provides a building knowing that it is provided for sexual traffic.
