Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) prepared a temporary lodging at a Moel, and had the women engaged in sexual traffic recruited through smartphone-compacting ice, etc.; and (b) arranged the sexual intercourse with the unspecified number of men who reported and contacted sexual traffic women’s procilization in the Modern dialogue in the said Modern dialogue, and recruited to raise half of the price under the pretext of the brokerage commission.
1. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Good Offices, etc.) conspired with the aforementioned Defendants to live in a temporary accommodation prepared at the Defendant’s 3th floor in Suwon-si or its neighboring Moel, etc. for a period from the end of October 2018 to December 20, 2018, Defendant B conspiredd with the following: (a) D (16 years old), E (n, 16 years old), women’s management and brokerage for sexual traffic (n, 19 years old), f (n, 19 years old), and meal G; (b) the Defendants and the aforementioned F resided with the women’s propy of sexual traffic, which were placed in a flood room, such as the “Seoul Stockholm, etc.”, and (c) sexual traffic, reported to have many unspecified male and female sexual intercourses contact with each other, thereby having Defendant B divide the price of sexual intercourse into 50,000 won, 130,000 won, 250 won,000 won,0 won.
2. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) conspired to divide the price of commercial sex into 5:5 at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and arranged commercial sex acts by allowing H (the age of 19), which is a female of commercial sex acts, to have sexual intercourse with 130,000 won (the age of 20,000 won, the age of 250,000 won, and the similar intercourse).
3. The Defendants violate the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.
