2. On May 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business purchased goods equivalent to the aggregate of 56,300 won from “M” at convenience stores located in the Southern Heung-gun L around May 2, 201.

In the same manner, the above Saemaul Bank's physical card was presented as if it was its body card and was settled, and the taxi driver was moved to the Gangwon-gun on the same day at around 03:00, while paying 59,200 won by presenting the above body card to the taxi driver, and continuously purchasing food at the Ncafeteria at around 03:31 on the same day, the above Agricultural Bank's physical card (the victim's son's son's son's son's son's son) by the same method.
