A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 201, from around August 201 to August 20, 201, Defendant A subscribed to “F” on the Internet illegal gambling site operated by Nonindicted Party D, E, etc., and then transferred total of KRW 12,318,00 to G account, etc. designated at the above gambling site, etc., and charged game money, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and then used for gambling at the above gambling site by re-exchangeing the remaining game money by means of money exchange, etc.

2. On December 29, 2012, from around August 26, 2012 to around August 26, 2014, Defendant B subscribed to “F” on the Internet illegal gambling site operated by Nonindicted D, E, etc., and transferred total of KRW 1,148,00 to G account, etc. designated at the above gambling site, etc., and deposited game money, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and carried out gambling by means of re-exchange of the remaining game money after gambling, such as dynasing, fit, and dynasing, etc. at the above gambling site.
