Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A game products related business entity shall not allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using a game product, or neglect such activities, and no one shall provide the contents different from those of the rating with the distribution or use of the game product, or exchange or arrange exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game product.

From January 20, 2019 to February 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated the “CPC bank” located in Daejeon U.S. B; (b) installed an advertising board “D” at the entrance of the PC bank; and (c) installed a total of six computers, including one operator’s computer in the PC bank; and (d) the “Stomab belt” game was classified as “the filling method” as a type of mobile payment, real-time account transfer, gift certificates, and oophones filled with five mobile phone and used the PC to purchase the PC to play a game; (b) however, the Defendant used the manager page installed in a separate manager who was not rated for the said PC bank, and used the PC to charge the PC’s cash from the customers; and (c) provided the PC to the customer by directly charging the PC’s account by means of money equivalent to the amount of cash received from the customer; and (d) provided the PC’s cash exchange to the customer’s account.

As a result, the defendant had others do gambling and other speculative acts using game products, provided game products with contents different from the rating contents for distribution or use, and arranged exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
