1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of B forest No. 58m2, C land for factory, 13,591m2, D road, 101m2, E prior to 179m2, F road, and 311m2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant is the owner of G land adjacent to the instant land.

B. The Defendant constructed a building on the 694 square meters of land owned by the Republic of Korea adjacent to the instant land, and occupied and used the entire forest land by using part of the 58 square meters of land owned by the Plaintiff as the site for the said building, and the remaining part as a marina.

C. In addition, the Defendant constructed a building on the G 185 square meters and J 188 square meters owned by the Defendant, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, G G 185 square meters, and part of the building was constructed on the ground of the instant land, and the Defendant occupied and used part of the instant land for the ownership of the said building (hereinafter “instant Defendant possession part”).
