Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2015, at around 10:57, the Defendant sent printed matters to the victim by E, who is his/her father, from the street of seven stations located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to Gwangju Metropolitan City, in front of the exit exit No. 37.

달라 요구하였으나 듣지 않았다는 이유로 화가 나서 " 개 썅 년 아, 이년 아, 사기꾼 년 아 "라고 욕하여 공연히 피해자 F을 모욕하였다.
