A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Ulsan District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on December 21, 2016, the same court received a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BK3.

On May 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.086% 0.086% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license on May 4, 2019, and driven the intersection of the private distance of 81, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun 1, Ulsan-gun 81.

2. On May 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) around 03:26 on May 4, 2019, the blood alcohol concentration of the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 10km in front of the lower intersection by the front side of the 10km area of the front side of the mountain-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gun Industrial Complex located near the New Eastern Industrial tower.
