A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:50 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant driving a Mae-car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 4 km from the front day of the upper knife distance of the ancient city in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to the front day of the collection of the knife car at the same surface.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B M& car.
