A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and a short term of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short-term of two years and a long-term of three years on October 24, 2014 in the Youngju District Court’s Yeongdeungpo-dong Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 24, 2014.

1.
