Punishment of the crime
"2016 Gohap 356"
1. The Defendants committed the joint crime with the victim F ( South, 12 years old) who was aware of the fact that the victim F ( South, 12 years old) was newly purchased a mobile phone, thereby cutting the victim’s mobile phone and disposing of it to use it for entertainment expenses.
On October 25, 2015, around 17:00, the Defendants moved the victim into a nearby “H” building at the members G play district of Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, and then called “B” to the effect that “B” left the victim’s cell phone by following back to the victim and leaving the cell phone on the floor. 2. Defendant B
A.
