On May 6, 2013, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km-meter of B Poar car to the mar-dong 258-2, Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, as the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.12% of blood alcohol concentration.
