Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.147% of alcohol concentration, driven a motor vehicle B multi-usered from a distance of about 600 meters from the front corner of the camping tower located in the Pungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the front corner of the raw ginseng located in the Pungnam-gu, Pungnam-si, and driving a motor vehicle B multi-usered from a distance of about 600 meters from the front corner of the raw ginseng distance.
