Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as to the facts that his grandchildren D in the C Middle School was damaged by school violence from the same school-friendly E, the victim F, his father, was related to the act that D damaged the E mobile phone, and caused the reduction, concealment, and termination of school violence along with the above school teachers.

On January 21, 2013, the Defendant entered the title of “H” as a computer in his residence located in the 3rd floor of Gwangju-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City Office of Education’s website “Gwanju Education Love House”, and inserted a letter on the title of “H” as the title of “H”. However, the Defendant filed a complaint against his son who was the victim and his son, who was the victim, to be a bad juvenile, on August 21, 2013, and filed a complaint with the court.”

In addition, from around that time to April 8, 2013, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by inserting a text that slanders the victim at least nine times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
