A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 24) have lived together with the Defendant and the victim D (the age of 42) who lived in an open one workplace from December 27, 2018 to May 28, 2018, and from February 27, 2018 to May 28, 2018, from February 27, 2018 to May 28, 2018. The Defendant, on May 7, 2018, threatened the victim’s family members by demanding the victim to listen well by taking advantage of the victim’s family address in the Dong-dong prison C, the Defendant, at the same time with the victim’s three prisons on May 7, 2018, to use the victim’s family address and demanding the victim to listen well.
