1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 105,165,853 and the Defendants A from August 26, 2014 to November 13, 2014.

On March 20, 2014, the Defendants indicated their claims agreed to jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff, and to jointly and severally pay KRW 159,165,853 to the Plaintiff by the SiM Industry Co., Ltd. and the Chang Civil Industry Co., Ltd., to the Plaintiff. As such, the Plaintiff sought against the Defendants the payment of KRW 105,165,853, excluding KRW 54,000,000 already paid out of the said money, and damages for delay from the date following the date of the final repayment thereof (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
