A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. On July 15, 201, the Defendant violated the Act on the Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Finance Users: (a) lent KRW 5,000,000 to C without being registered with the Governor of Gangwon-do in front of the “Fcheon Terminal” located in the Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do; and (b) received interest at the interest rate of 113.7% per annum by being paid for 120 days each day after being paid for 50,000 days each; and (c) received interest at the interest rate of 33.9% or 363.6% per annum per annum after lending money to C, etc. over eight times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1).
Accordingly, the Defendant, while running a credit business without registering, received interest exceeding the limited interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act.
2. The Defendant violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act at around 15:30 on March 31, 2012, 2012, following the Defendant’s statement that “Fda” from the victim E in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, demanded the above victim to pay the debt to the said victim, the Defendant would be 50,000 won.”
