Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (CF) and the Road Traffic Act (CF) and the Defendant was driving a vehicle of California with a duty of care on April 20:49, 2015, while neglecting the duty of care at the “E golf driving range” parking lot located in D in Yongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and was parked in the next direction due to occupational negligence of the victim FF’s G Ecccoo car and then received the said part of the ccoo vehicle back to the right part.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the above Ecoos’ back to the victim’s possession of the above Ecoos in order to maintain the repair cost of KRW 475,00, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the C. California passenger car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, to the extent of not more than Daegu City, at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as a motor vehicle owner, operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.
