If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On August 10, 2016, around 16:50 on August 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a B knife vehicle and passed the bus exclusive road, which is an exclusive road for the expressway, even though it is not possible to pass on the road near the Seoul 401km.
