Where the defendant does not pay the above minor fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2014, at around 16:59, the Defendant driven a B- cab, other than a vehicle that can pass along the exclusive lane, and passed through the bus exclusive lane in proceeding the home pluger road located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong from the south-do side to the slope of the station.
