1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The 3,828 U.S., U.S. E graves E, Ulsan-gun, followed the division process, part of which was F,654 square meters prior to F, and a part of which was 456 square meters prior to F, Jun. 10, 1955, following the division process.
B. Since F, the F’s 456 square meters was divided into 1174 square meters prior to F on January 2, 1960 (hereinafter “instant 1 land”) and 334 square meters prior to G (hereinafter “instant 2 land”).
C. The Republic of Korea, on July 18, 1959, registered the preservation of ownership in the name of the State on July 18, 1959 with respect to the fourth 456 days before the division, and cancelled the registration of the preservation of ownership on the ground of error in application as of December 28, 1984.
Defendant B completed the registration of ownership preservation in its own name under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) by No. 849, which was received with respect to the land No. 1 of this case by Ulsan District Court No. 848, May 3, 1985.
E. Since then, the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case, including H land, was replaced with the land of 1405 square meters in I return on February 6, 1987.
F. On June 8, 2001, the said I land was divided into 1278 square meters per 1278 square meters per 1,201 (hereinafter “third land of this case”) and J 127 square meters per 127 square meters (hereinafter “the instant 4 land”).
G. As to the land No. 3 of this case, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of donation by the Ulsan District Court No. 26973, Mar. 23, 2006, as to the land No. 2006, as to the land No. 3 of this case. As to the land No. 4 of this case, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the grounds of the land No. 66373, Aug. 3, 2001, as to the land No. 66373, Jul. 28, 2001.
