Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the B person of the branch office of the Korea Gas Corporation of Public Service Workers' Union under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation.

On February 14:10 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant participated in the pending issue of the five-party emergency strike and the 10th unit resolving 10-party tasks, which was organized by the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation, located in the Dobong-gu Seoul Central Labor Union Federation.

From around 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant, along with approximately 3,50 participants in the above assembly, went through the Bank of Korea route through the sublime funeral, using two lanes from the Seoul Station square to two-lanes. At around 16:31 on the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 2,50 participants in the above assembly as well as around 17:36 on the same day, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by holding an assembly on the road, by holding the assembly on the road, by holding it off or carrying out relief.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic of the road by occupying the road in collusion with the above participants in the road.
