Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 26, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Jeju District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act. On January 9, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the Jeju District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act. On June 3, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the Jeju District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act. On June 11, 2013, the judgment became final and conclusive on June 111, 2013, and is still under the suspension period.
At around 12:30 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven Bunst Cargo Vehicles at approximately 4 km from the front of the 437-2nd to the road in the same Eup/Myeon.
