Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Jeju District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 5 million won for the same crime. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 5 million won for the same crime. On July 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment on January 14, 2013.

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 11:15, 2015, driven a dbee or car at a level of 4 km from the Defendant’s residential environment in Seopo-si C, to the 1-52 front road in Seopo-si.
