Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2012, around 13:00, the Defendant sent one-way meals to the I restaurant operated by the victim H (the age of 67) of the victim H (the age of 67) in the G in Sinponam-si.

While the Defendant did not pay meal costs, the Defendant asked the victim to request re-payment for about 15 minutes, and asked customers who were in the restaurant to do the disturbance, such as attaching tables, etc.
