1. On March 7, 2015, Defendant B’s unlawful uttering of official document: (a) drafted a vehicle rental contract in order to borrow a vehicle from the State located in Seosan City (State) G on March 15, 2015; (b) demanded that the said rental contract be presented; and (c) presented I’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Chungcheong National Police Agency, which was in possession, as the Defendant’s driver’s license, as the Defendant’s license.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act of Defendant B and Defendant A.

A. Defendant B (A) around 15:50 on March 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the said K5 car without a vehicle driver’s license from the front of the (ju) H parking lot located in Seosan-si, and from around 50 meters from the front of the (ju) H parking lot located in J to the front of the Kelel road. (2) around March 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said K5 car without a vehicle driver’s license from the front of the modern apartment located in the Dongdong-dong, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, to the front of the bathing beach located in Seoyang-si, Seoyang-gun, Seoyang-gun, to the front of the 100-km river located in Seoyang-si.

B. Defendant A1) around 23:00 on March 16, 2015, the Defendant driven the said K5 car without a car driver’s license from around 5 km section from the front of the Jeju apartment zone located in Seogdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong around 20:0 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the said K5 car without a car driver’s license from around 160 km-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong from around 23:0

3. On March 21, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven the said K5 vehicle without a driver’s license from the front of the underground parking lot of an apartment on the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front road of the Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-si, Incheon, through a road near the Incheon City, Taecheon-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
