Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, each of the above defendants is against the defendants.

Since the location was an intersection where signal apparatus was installed, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to see the front side while driving as the driver of the motor vehicle and to prevent the accident by safely driving the motor vehicle in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the defendant's negligence, which is directly attributable to yellow Shin, is driving by A, who is driving at the left-hand turn from Socuk-dong to Socuk-ro apartment, the right-hand part of D SPP car and the defendant.
