A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. B. From mid- March 2016 to March 10, 2017, Police Officers established one straw game machine called "PUING PPING" on the front side of F in Gwangju-si E from the end of March 2016 to the end of March 10, 2017, engaging in juvenile game providing business against many unspecified customers;

C. From July 2016 to February 14, 2017, from H in the front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, two game machine games, “Cuber 5” were installed and run a juvenile game providing business against unspecified customers.

2. No person who violates the Act on Educational Environment Protection shall engage in acts and facilities falling under the game industry, etc., unless the superintendent of an office of education or the person delegated by the superintendent of an office of education deems in a relative protection zone among the educational environment protection zones for the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students that such acts and facilities do not adversely affect learning and educational environment
