Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2013, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.242% in the section of about 2 km from the front of the Schuk-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to the front road of the Gannsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, to the day of the same day.
