On July 12, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven a 2km XD car at approximately 2 km from the front side of the public parking lot for Goyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front road of the bank flowers-dong, Seoyang-gu, Busan-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.
