1. Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and Q are to the Plaintiffs “Plaintiff” in the attached Table 164.6m2, Jung-gu, Seoul.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are owners of 142560/4160 of each of the instant land in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu (hereinafter “instant land”) and the Defendants are the owners of each share indicated below among the instant land.

B. On October 10, 1956, the instant land was divided into 2,069m2,069m2 (hereinafter “land before subdivision”) and the Republic of Korea divided the remaining shares excluding 142.5m2 of the land before subdivision between April 30, 1954 and September 13, 1980, while the ownership of the land before subdivision was divided into U and 23m2.
C. On October 10, 1956, the land before subdivision was divided into the land in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul and the land in question, including the land in this case, and the land in W was divided into W land and X land on April 4, 1962, and V land on July 9, 1964 and Y land on November 4, 1987, respectively, and the registration of subdivision was completed for the said divided land on November 4, 1987. After subdivision, the land in question was further divided into T land and ZZ land on March 15, 201, and the registration of subdivision was completed on the 21st of the same month.
At the time of sale of the land before subdivision, the Republic of Korea specified the part occupied by each purchaser, but sold it by means of transferring the co-ownership share of the land prior to subdivision in accordance with the occupied area. Each of the above buyers' co-ownership shares was killed in the partition registration as the land before subdivision was divided, and each divided land purchased the specific part.
