Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Republic of Korea owned WJ 2,069.8 square meters (hereinafter “land before subdivision”) in Jung-gu, Seoul, and completed registration by means of transferring co-ownership shares of the land before subdivision to the said purchaser in proportion to the ratio of the part sold to X and 22, while specifying the location and size between April 30, 1954 and September 13, 1980.
The proportion of co-ownership transferred to X and 22 others is as follows, and therefore Korea has held 142.5/626 shares in the land before subdivision.

The land before subdivision was partitioned into 21 pieces of land in Jung-gu Seoul on October 10, 1956 (hereinafter “Seoul Jung-gu Y”) and Z or AA. Of them, land AB was subdivided into AB and AC land again on April 4, 1962, and land AA was subdivided into land AB and AD land again on July 9, 1964, and the registration for subdivision was completed on November 4, 1987, and the area of each land, the registration for subdivision was completed on November 4, 1987, as follows:
