Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendants carried one bicycle with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000,00, which was installed without the victim E’s correction device, in front stairs of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 102, 1703, and 50,000.
B. On February 2, 2014, the Defendants: (a) placed one bicycle with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000,00 in the front stairs of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 108, 501, and the victim F installed without the correction device.
C. On February 13, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendants carried one bicycle with the victim-owned market value equivalent to KRW 200,000,00 in the Seocheon-gu G apartment 101 Dong 1802, the victim H without the correction device. D.
On February 15, 2014, around 21:25, the Defendants carried one bicycle of "Teocheon-gu I apartment 205 Dong 1303, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 1303, with a market value equivalent to KRW 3.80,00,00 in the victim's market value installed without a correction device.
E. On February 24, 2014, at around 13:20, the Defendants carried two bicycles equivalent to the total market value of KRW 1.4 million, which is one of the victim’s possession, installed without the victim K’s correction device.
F. On February 28, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendants carried one of the “MTB bicycles” bicycle at the victim-owned market price of 300,000 won where the victim M was installed without the correction device.
G. At around 17:00 on February 28, 2014, the Defendants carried one bicycle with the victim-owned market value equivalent to KRW 1 million, a victim-owned one, who was installed without the victim N, in front stairs No. 102, 2003, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu L apartment 102, 2003.
H. The Defendants, at around 15:40 on March 7, 2014, set up an O apartment 103, 1403, 1403, without a correction device by the victim P.
