Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1743"

1. On July 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken a thief bicycle in custody of a high-priced bicycle rider; (b) taken a bicycle storage room on July 30, 2019, the Defendant discovered one bicycle box of KRW 1350,00 in the market price of the victim who was installed and installed with a lock locking device with the victim C; and (c) removed the locks by an insane method using the cresh without people around, and loaded the bicycle.

Around August 12, 2019, the Defendant discovered one bicycle for the victim’s 3 million won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, who installed and installed a lock device with the victim F, in front of the E convenience store in Ansan-gu around the new wall, around August 12, 2019, and removed the locks by using the dacts without people around the front, and cut off the bicycle.

Around August 9, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 160,000 from the victim to the JA’s account under the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
