1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I are listed in Appendix 1 to 9.

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff held title trust with the network AC, network AD, network AE, and network AF (hereinafter “the deceased”), as shown in Appendix 1. The deceased died and the Defendants inherited as shown in Appendix 2, and the Plaintiffs expressed their intent to terminate the title trust to the Defendants.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the respective shares of the Plaintiff due to the termination of title trust.

2. The remainder of the Defendants except Defendant P and Q: Judgment without pleading (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)

3. Defendant P and Q: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
