Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:30 on January 25, 2013, the Defendant, as an elderly, inflicted an injury on the victim’s face in front of the camping tower located in the Pakdong-dong, Sungnam-si, on the ground that the victim B (the aged 49) and the victim was under drinking alcohol, who was under drinking at the same time, was unable to take care of the victim’s face on the ground that he was under drinking, the victim B (the aged 49) and the victim was under drinking.
