Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2013, at around 30:30, the Defendant: (a) performed so-called “Bansan Station” square of the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, on the ground that the demonstration doctrine of “the citizen joint and several opposing North Korean defectors who forced North Korean defectors to forced North Korea” was considerably obstructed in drinking out about 30 meters from the time of drinking out; (b) there was about 70 clicks left behind the aftermath of the demonstration; (c) there was about 70 clicks left behind the victim’s left side of the demonstration; and (d) there was about 1.5cm from the bottom of the victim’s snowbrow at the time of the demonstration, and around 1.5cm from the left side of the victim’s eyebrow.

As above, the Defendant was the victim of an empty fluoral disease, and inflicted an injury upon which the number of days of treatment cannot be known.
