A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.

1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.237% from the above temporary border and the road near the main station located in the center of Jung-gu, Busan to the point of accident.
