Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the corresponding part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the determination of the claim on the land specified in Paragraph 7 of the defendant's attached list, which is cited, deleted, or added in the trial, is added. As such, it shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

Part 4 of the Judgment of the first instance court, the phrase “594,134,200 won” was read as follows: “594,134,200 won (as a result of the above appraisal commission, as of April 12, 2013, the building stated in Section 5(c) of the Attached List No. 5-C as of April 12, 2013, is destroyed, but the above building remains without correction).”
The land stated in paragraph (6) of the attached Table 6 shall be purchased by the defendant from U who is a lighting assistant, and each land listed in paragraphs (6) and (7) of the attached Table 6 shall be described as "the defendant is donated by U who is a lighting assistant."
The following shall be deleted from the first instance court's 5th judgment to 16th 6th 8th , and the following shall be added thereto:
"First, according to the health stand, Gap evidence Nos. 6, 4-1, 2, 5, and Gap evidence Nos. 9-6, 7 as to each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 6, 6, and 7, the owner of each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 6, and 6, and 7 was the defendant's father (the death of around 1978). The former farmland improvement association completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the land listed in the separate sheet No. 6 in the defendant's name for the registration of the entrustment by farmland improvement under the farmland improvement association on August 27, 1986. The defendant purchased the above land from U.S. on December 4, 1974. With regard to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 7, the sale and purchase on February 4, 1985.
