1. The plaintiffs and the plaintiff succeeding intervenors are building owners as to the building listed in Attachment 1 List 1 Paragraph 1 to the Ulsan-gu Office.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 21, 201, S, along with T, completed the registration of ownership transfer for one-half portion of each of 1,046.9 square meters in Ulsan-gu U.S. (hereinafter “instant site”). On September 26, 2011, on the instant site, it was permitted to construct a new building on the instant site to the head of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and on October 10, 201.

B. S has built and sold the buildings listed in Annex 1 List No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”). G was sold in lots, the Plaintiff’s 201 and 901, the Plaintiff’s 202, H 302, the Plaintiff’s 401, the Plaintiff’s 502, the Plaintiff’s 301, the Plaintiff’s 601, the Plaintiff’s 702, the Plaintiff’s 801, the Plaintiff’s 802, the Defendant F 402, the Defendant P 602, and the Defendant Q 501, respectively, and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

C. As to subparagraph 201, G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to subparagraph 201, and with respect to subparagraph 901, the Plaintiff’s succeeding Intervenor M and the Plaintiff’s succeeding Intervenor N, respectively, and H completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to subparagraph 302 to the Plaintiff’s succeeding Intervenor, and the Plaintiff’s succeeding Intervenor L with respect to subparagraph 401 to the Plaintiff’s succeeding Intervenor.

Through voluntary auction, with respect to the building owned by S, 902, the Defendant Daedong-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongdong-Tech”) acquired each ownership in relation to the building Nos. 301, 701, 1001, and 1009, Defendant R, and Defendant New Shopping Co., Ltd (hereinafter “new shopping”).
