1. The Defendants, excluding Plaintiffs A, B, D, F, H, J, L, andO, and the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 28, 2006, the Defendants related to the parties purchased Q 60,253 square meters of land from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on Q 60,253 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and performed the construction project of R apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the relevant site. The Plaintiffs are those who purchased the part of exclusive ownership of the instant apartment from the buyer or buyer.

B. The Defendants completed the instant apartment, and on July 30, 2010, Defendant Ywon Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Ywon Construction”) with respect to each section of exclusive ownership of the instant apartment.

(A) 62.97 Shares in 62.97; Defendant C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C&C”);

(i)20.81 percent (20.81%) of the shares of Defendant Slives Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Slives Construction”).

(2) The Plaintiffs completed the registration of initial ownership in proportion to the shares of 16.22/100.

2. Each section of exclusive ownership stated in the "Building Dong" and "No." in the sale details by the plaintiff was sold in lots or taken over from the buyer. 2. The “acquisition date of the portion of exclusive ownership” of the details of sale by each plaintiff was completed for the relevant portion of exclusive ownership among the apartment buildings in this case on the date indicated.
