A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on April 27, 2016 (Ordinance 1303, 2016)

A. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a B B Poter-II truck around 10:40 on April 27, 2016, and got signaled from the village distance of 166, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu. The Defendant was behind the vehicle.

C On the ground that the D Bus in C's driving has driven the above cargo vehicle and obstructed the direction of the bus's driving, and as the bus has changed to the two-lanes of the above cargo vehicle, the bus driving the above cargo vehicle and has changed to the two-lanes, thereby preventing the driving direction of the bus again, and as the bus has changed to the two-lanes of the above cargo vehicle again, the bus driving the above cargo vehicle and then has changed to the one-lane, and then, at the same time, changed to the one-lane of the above cargo vehicle and changed to the one-lane course of the above bus, the bus would threaten C by way of changing the course repeatedly and obstructing the normal passage of the above bus and causing danger to traffic.

As a result, the defendant has repeatedly driven a bomb by repeating a violation of prohibition of career change.

B. The Defendant, as of the 11:02 day as above, driven the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.186% from the 4km section of the blood alcohol level to the front road of the northwest-gu, 204, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Busan, as of the 11:02 Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. The Defendant driven the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.186%.

2. On November 30, 2006, the Defendant had been sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for 8 months by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by the Incheon District Court on November 30, 2006. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a drinking alcohol at around 1-B, as described in paragraph (b).

A. A. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the freight vehicles listed in paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.235% from the 1km section of approximately 1km to the 32nd road in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around 22:49 on May 23, 2016.

B. The crime committed around May 28, 2016 (2016 high group 1653).
