Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.111 percent in the blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.11 percent in front of the Ulsan-si Free Warsaw in front of the Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
