Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with approximately 200 meters in front of the same luxal luxal 100, in front of the gender market located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as the same luxal lux, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.085% in blood.
