1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On October 18, 2019, around 19:20, the Defendant purchased “C”, a mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant in Jung-gu, Busan, with 2.60,000 won in cash, and with 2ggs of JWH-018, psychotropic drugs, and of its similar body components (hereinafter “bympib”, hereinafter).

In addition, the Defendant traded and arranged to trade 39gs from D in total over 15 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and used hub (synthesis) in collusion with E and F twice.

2. No person shall take in or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree, which causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia, or possess for such purposes;

A. Nevertheless, from around 13:00 on May 11, 2020 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected a total of 20 bottles by inserting one bottle of a teaching material containing hallucinogenic substances (70g) in a plastic sealing paper, and then melting the entry and coin into a plastic sealing paper with a large volume of 20 bottles in a plastic sealing paper.

B. From May 12, 2020 to 12:40 the following day from May 14:30, 2020 to 12:40, the Defendant, in the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph, put in a vinyl “The Home Star” (70g) in a vinyl paper, and inhaled the above 20 bottles by inserting the entry and coin into a vinyl paper into a vinyl paper.
